Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and build long-lasting relationships with potential clients in the LATAM region, contributing to our fintech expansion.
- Understand client needs and offer customized solutions that ensure secure, efficient payment processes.
- Stay ahead of the competition by conducting market research and identifying emerging trends in SaaS, fintech, and payments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and alignment with company goals.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to drive revenue and contribute to overall business success.
Your profile
- At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, banking, or IT.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to connect with key decision-makers and close deals.
- Motivated, self-starter, and eager to expand knowledge in the fintech and Payment Service Provider (PSP) space.
- Passionate about working with clients in the LATAM market, understanding local dynamics and client needs.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach to work.
- Ability to work onsite in our Glories office in Barcelona.
