Your mission
As a Project Coordinator at LaFinteca, you will be a crucial member of the Operations team, acting as support of the planification, execution, and completion of key projects and operational activities.
- Act as the point of contact regarding project and operational inquires, and smoothing communication between the team, different stakeholders and external partners.
- Maintain project schedules and monitor their progress to ensure a timely completion.
- Support managers in overseeing different ongoing projects.
- Manage project tools like Asana and Jira to track tasks, sprints, and deliverables.
- Configure these tools to fit project workflows, ensuring they support planning and tracking.
- Create and optimize dashboards and reports to monitor performance, including deadlines, resources, and budgets.
- Integrate tools with systems like Slack to improve collaboration and visibility.
- Administer and manage the company’s knowledge base in Confluence.
Your profile
- 1-2 years of experience in Project Coordination or similar roles (experience as Project Management is a plus).
- Understanding of Project Management Methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum or Waterfall.
- Proficiency with Project Management Softwares such as Asana and Jira.
- Proficiency with reporting tools such as MS Excel, Google Sheets and Confluence.
- Time management and the ability to prioritize are required skills.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Languages: English and Spanish – proficient.
