Product Manager (Crypto Exchanger)

Your mission:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the crypto exchange platform;
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Brazilian crypto and fintech market;
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs;
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on market demand and strategic objectives;
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create user-friendly and scalable solutions;
• Write clear and comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs);
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success;
• Analyze user data and feedback to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement;
• Understand customer needs and pain points through direct interaction and data analysis;
• Define, measure, analyze user feedback, product growth, and business outcomes;
• Groom backlogs, plan sprints, conduct retros, unblock your team.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry;
• Proven track record of managing successful product launches in the Brazilian market;
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and fintech products, passion for decentralized finance and the Consensys mission;
• Familiarity with processes (e.g. Agile, Scrum), and tools (e.g. Asana, JIRA, Notion, Figma);
• Experience with website development and optimization;
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies;
• In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian financial and regulatory environment;
• Understanding of local consumer behavior and market dynamics in Brazil;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken).
