Your mission:
- Crafting a robust strategy for B2B marketing development tailored to the online gaming sector.
- Effectively managing advertising budgets to meet both marketing and financial objectives.
- Collaborating with the creative team to produce high-quality ad creatives that convert, setting tasks for the creative team, participating in brainstorming sessions, and evaluating designers’ work.
- Organizing promotional activities, PR efforts, SEO initiatives, and UX/UI design enhancements for our product websites, all geared towards amplifying inbound customer channels.
- Collaborating seamlessly with sales teams to devise marketing collateral, presentations, and tools that bolster the sales process and propel revenue expansion.
- Evaluating campaign effectiveness results, monitoring key marketing metrics and adjusting your strategy based on data.
- Researching direct and indirect competitors to identify successful user acquisition approaches and marketing channels specific to e-commerce.
Your profile:
- 3+ years of experience in user acquisition/performance marketing in the Latam region within the iGaming sector in a FinTech environment.
- Expertise in AI technologies, such as machine learning, data analysis, and personalization.
- A deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Proven experience in navigating the B2B landscape and engaging with users
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and analyze marketing campaign performance.
- Strong critical thinking, data-driven approach, and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to analyze large volumes of information and draw conclusions.
- A track record of devising and executing B2B marketing strategies meticulously aligned with company objectives and tailored.
- Creativity and the ability to generate high-quality ideas and hypotheses.
It’s a plus:
- Experience with Google Ads and TikTok for marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Portuguese.
- Skills in working with Amplitude and Tableau for marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Optimize.
