Your mission
As Legal Counsel, you will primarily focus on supporting our LATAM markets, dealing with a range of legal matters, including compliance with local regulations, advising on market-specific legal risks, and collaborating with regional teams to support our business operations and expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international corporate law, a comprehensive understanding of the fintech industry, and fluency in English and Ukrainian (or russian). Proficiency in Spanish will be considered a strong advantage.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, and partnership documents.
- Oversee corporate governance documentation and filings.
- Provide legal guidance to internal teams on corporate, commercial, and operational matters.
- Support the company’s cross-border activities and international expansion initiatives, with a primary focus on LATAM markets.
- Advise on licensing, data protection, and other fintech-specific regulatory matters.
- Monitor legal trends within the fintech industry and assess their impact on the business.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- 3+ years of experience as a Legal Counsel or in a similar role.
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian (or Russian).
- Strong knowledge of international corporate law.
- Familiarity with the fintech industry.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Nice-to-Have:

- Experience with multinational companies or cross-border operations in LATAM.
