Your mission:
- Act as the technical liaison between internal teams and external payment providers.
- Analyze and understand APIs from payment providers to develop technical integration requirements.
- Ensure the smooth integration and ongoing support of payment solutions, resolving any technical issues that arise.
- Enhance API documentation, simplifying integration processes and improving technical workflows.
- Collaborate closely with the tech team to communicate product requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Perform transactional tests using Postman to validate server communication and integration success.
- Continuously explore ways to improve payment products by staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and market trends.
Your profile:
- Languages: High proficiency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in technical product management in FinTech or payment technologies.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of software development.
- Understanding of REST APIs and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Postman.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
- Customer-focused approach to product development.
