Junior Analyst – Fintech Market Research

As a Junior Analyst specializing in Fintech Market Research, you will play a crucial role in keeping the company informed of cutting-edge payment technologies, trends, and market dynamics across LATAM. This position is essential for maintaining our competitive edge in the ever-evolving payments ecosystem.

Market Analysis

• Conduct research on Fintech/Paytech trends, consumer behavior, and technological innovations in the region.
• Understand factors affecting the payments industry and deliver actionable insights.
• Assess competitor activities, market share metrics, and performance benchmarks to support strategic decision-making.

Data Collection & Reporting

• Gather information, stakeholder interviews, industry reports, and databases.
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations highlighting critical market insights, opportunities, and risks.
• Develop and maintain market research documentation to support business decisions.
• Organize and structure research findings for use across teams.

Operational Tasks

• Perform constant market research on URL´s payment solutions.
  Validate payment gateways and merchant payment URLs.
• Ensure consistency and compliance across LATAM payment processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese language will be plus).
• Responsibility and commitment.
• Ambition to grow within the company and fintech industry.
• Familiarity with Figma and Jira.
