Human Resources Business Partner – HRBP

Your mission

• Align business objectives with employees and management, provide HR guidance.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Spanish (and will be plus LATAM) legal requirements related to day-by-day management of employees, partnering with legal support when needed.
• Partner with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
• Develop HR-related policies and procedures.
• Advice on talent development and organizational changes.
• Provide guidance on workforce planning, and support in budgeting.
• Support the Management in the Talent Development and Culture projects.
• Cultivate and enhance the employer brand to attract and retain top talent, fostering a positive and compelling reputation in the job market.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR Managing.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and regulations in the European region, with experience working across multiple countries preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives and projects from conception to implementation.
• Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and performance management.
• Experience in HR analytics and utilizing data to drive insights and decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
