Your mission
- Collaborating closely with the CEO to set the Business Development Strategy for the Brazilian Fintech sector;
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment in Brazil, providing insights to drive strategic decision-making;
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, partners, and regulatory bodies in Brazil, representing the company and advocating for our interests;
- Manage a local team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and achieve business goals effectively;
- Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients, expansion of existing partnerships, and implementation of innovative strategies to increase market share.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred;
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or country management roles within iGaming industries;
- Strong understanding of the Brazilian payments market, regulatory landscape, and industry trends;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders;
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives;
- Ability to work independently and comfortable building reports in CRMs to provide continuous feedback to C-level management;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
